BMU - German Federal Environment Ministry
The German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety provides funding for the Gold Standard Foundation based on a decision of the German Federal Parliament. In 2009 a significant contribution made possible the establishment of a Gold Standard Local Experts Network which will offer capacity building and technical support for development of Gold Standard projects in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
BMU is a Core Sponsor of the Gold Standard Foundation and Sponsor of the Local Experts Network, which provides Capacity Building Services to enterprise owners and project developers in host countries.

Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership (REEEP)
REEEP is a global partnership that structures policy initiatives for clean energy markets and facilitates financing for sustainable energy projects. It operates a Voluntary Carbon Offsetting scheme through which governments and private buyers can outsource the purchase of CDM CERs or Gold Standard VERs to REEEP. It has been a strong NGO supporter of the Gold Standard Foundation, and provides important core funding for its work.

WWF Netherlands
The WWF panda logo is recognised worldwide as a symbol of conservation and sustainable development.
