New Rule for Pre-CDM VERS
The first update relates to the launch of a legal agreement by which project developers can accredit pre-CDM VERs. This update includes the schedule for the rule change (and description of how it differs from GSv2.0) and the legal agreement template, filed as Annex O of the toolkit. Note that the GSv2.0 rule's sunset clause was extended to December 31 2009 to allow project developers time to update their portfolios.
